Rain

I heard there was a severe storm warning north of Utah, so I think about the family up in Wellsville. I called to check on them. Aubree answered the phone. She said it rained and hailed up there. She said she had to walk home in the rain from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and she 'got wetter than if she was in the shower!' OH MY!!!!! I said.

Week at Vances

We got to spend some time with Cory, Lorrita, Brandi, Austin and Jacob last week. We enjoyed bonding and working together. We helped the kids paint their bedroom. They helped by painting the wall and some of their decorations/or murals. It was fun to spend time with them.The pictures are: Brandi (with a white face) and Grandpa Vance; Jacob helping put in grass; Elk put in Austin's room. Austin helped with grass in his room.

We spent weekend of Easter with the Zinns. I didn't get many pictures to show, but lots in my memory. I could share that.

Now in February, in Wellsville!

Yes this is snow. while Gary and Danette were basking in the sunshine in Cancun, Don was blowing snow off the cement in Wellsville.
Grandpa took the Hansen kids to the Mantua Resevoir to show them how to do some he really enjoys doing this time of year --- ICE FISHING! Each of them got to try and drill a hole in the ice - manually! They had fun and found out it was harder than they thought, and deeper.


It was a fun time sharing Grandpa's hobby with the kids. They will have a good memory. We caught a blue gill and missed another larger fish! .... you know the one which got away....
