snow and cold still around
I heard that Denver got 7 inches. Marcy said they got 6-8 inches, but can not tell due to the drifting of the snow and blowing of the wind. she said it got to 9 degrees last night. It also snowed in Farmington. We didn't get any in Kanab, just the cold wind. Cedar City got some, but I have not heard how much. Danette said there was some snow this week too at her place. How are things where you are.

Karen and I have decided we live in a snow-globe. Being this close to the mountain seems to shake up that snow onto our lawn. Just driving about 5 miles down the road its different weather. CRAZY!!
Here in Colorado Springs, we got about a foot. Today the sun came out and it's almost meflted. Boy am I ready for spring.
WINDY WINDY HERE! But it has been in the 70's...so that is nice, could do without that wind though!
It snowed more than 18" here, but the snow was so wet that it melted quickly causing great terror on the highways, in the way of ice!
I had to shovel from my garage to the house to get in. I was glad that I parked out back and put the shovel out for use before I left for work on Thursday!
Yesterday it melted almost all gone, except where the snow drifts were deep! This morning, the snow returned for about an hour, with that horrible wind! Caused and ice rink on the highway leaving town that has the corn fields to the north!
We need the moisture, so I'm not really complaining, just reporting! :D
