Ginger's Big Day
Thursday, April 2nd is Ginger's birthday. what do you remember about Ginger? Tell us....
I can remember the casts she had on both her ankles just before she was walking, and having to put white shoes on that went above the ankles to give them support. I also remember when she had broken her arm and it took a week before it was realized.

snow and cold still around
I heard that Denver got 7 inches. Marcy said they got 6-8 inches, but can not tell due to the drifting of the snow and blowing of the wind. she said it got to 9 degrees last night. It also snowed in Farmington. We didn't get any in Kanab, just the cold wind. Cedar City got some, but I have not heard how much. Danette said there was some snow this week too at her place. How are things where you are.

cloudy, windy spring day
Yep, this has become a typical spring type end of the winter day. There has been the March winds, the little budding peach leaves, the yellowjacket bees, weeds, sprouting up all over here in our little spot of ground for which we have stewardship. The clouds have blown in bringing the cooler air, reminding us that there might me snow somewhere further north. We are going to be going to the Draper Temple dedication soon. Don is feeling that 'buggy flu' and Mom is deciding if she is doing okay too. Ginger and I are biting our time at the computer. Last night we attended a movie at the public library which brought about some thoughtful thoughts called 'Fireproof'. It is worth watching if you get a chance. The Baptist church sponsored it. It has things that we all can ponder about our lives and relationships with spouses and others.

Saturday Outing
Don and Frank (a friend) made it back to Bass Pro once again in Las Vegas with their wives. Mom, Ginger, and Molly were able to spend some time at Joe's. Joe's house is really looking nice. It will be really nice for them when they get to move things inside! A fun blessing for them. Mom got to visit with Melodie, Carol, Monica and children, and Sonya. while we went to the 'fish' store spending way too much! ha... Life is Kanab is doing okay. We are going to have to figure out the room better... It has been suggested to add another modular to our home. some planning and decisions needs to be done.
