High Noon Parade

Mom and I went to the High Noon Parade here and saw some fabulous horses! Clydesdales (black) and Belgains (brown), and (I don't remember what kind the white ones were), all from around Cedar City area! Beautiful horses.
We were able to watch a wild west show featuring some movie stunt men, like Hotshot Johnny Tuscadero, Dr. Buck Mongomery, Gabby, and others. We saw movie stars like Dan Hagerty, Clint Walker, Dan Shanks, Neil Summers, and others. We saw Hotshot do his gun slinging, or twrilling.

fall time upon us

Well the garden is going to come to an end in a few short weeks. Our garden did well, we were able to harvest some food. The corn didn't grow like before. All we have harvested was delicious and a great help on the food budget. There were several pumpkins turning orange, and the grapes are getting sweeter. Our tomatoes were mostly little and yellow. We have a few cantalope almost ripe. Our pepper plants did well. We hope you all enjoyed your harvest too.

guess who turned 81!

Yep, Mom had a good birthday by talking to her kids today! Thanks all for your wishes to her. We even shared a birthday cake and ice cream (sugar free). She received a gift and some cards which she is enjoying too.

We also want Dolores to know we thought of her today as well....

Ginger put some entries in the San Juan Fair in Farmington and won some ribbons on photo's she took of the St. George Temple and some horses by Marcy's. Also some ceramic items she had worked on. I don't remember all the placing, but there were several ribbons. Congradulations to Ginger!
